Cut out a 5mm (0.2 inch) wide and 80mm (3 inch) long stripe. Wrap it tight around your finger where you intend to wear the CaptuRing. Mark the spot where the tape overlaps.
Now measure the piece of tape. Look at the chart below and you will find the perfect match.
